Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
- An unboxing video is required for damaged or defective product claims
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear images as proof
After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified about the approval status
If approved:
- Prepaid orders → Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available on selected orders
- Please ensure you are available to receive the order to avoid Return to Origin (RTO) charges
- Repeated fake or refused orders may result in COD being disabled for your account
